Weapon tier overview
S Tier — Banish Heirloom (Fabled): Top Warrior weapon with elemental synergy and three perk slots. Pair with 93%+ Potential and Elementalness perks.
A Tier — Roseborne / class Fable staves: Mage endgame standard with 99%+ Pot rolls and Mage Sigil cooldown reduction.
B Tier — Legendary dungeon drops: Strong until Secret/Fabled crafting unlocks at levels 70 and 215.
Perk priorities
Warriors seek Elementalness, Lucky, and damage perks. Mages want cooldown and spell multiplier perks. Reforge with Perk Runes; lock good lines on Secret/Fabled weapons before spending more runes.
Fabled tier weapons
Banish Heirloom leads Warrior Fabled tier with three perk slots and strong elemental synergy. Pair with 93%+ Potential and Elementalness 4 before chasing Lucky 3 — damage perks first, luck second.
Roseborne and class-matching Fable staves dominate Mage tier lists at 99%+ Pot. Cooldown reduction perks matter more than raw spell multiplier on the weapon once Mage Sigil covers 50% CDR.
Guardian weapons rank by Taunt and healing spell scaling — raw weapon DPS tiers are irrelevant. Shield and mace variants that boost utility spells outrank high-damage swords on Guardian tier lists.
Legendary transition period
Between level 70 and 215, Legendary dungeon drops hold B-tier — fully upgrade with coins before Secret/Fabled craft. Over-investing gems in low-Pot legendaries wastes budget needed for Fabled rerolls.
Perk Runes drop from Calamity content — reforge Legendary weapons toward Elementalness or CDR before replacing with Fabled. Lock good perk lines on Secret weapons before spending more runes.

Perk priority by class
Warriors: Elementalness > Lucky > raw damage perks. Mages: CDR > spell multiplier > crit. Guardians: healing boost > cooldown > health scaling.
Never reforge all three perk slots simultaneously on Fabled weapons — lock two good lines, reroll the third. Gem rerolls on base stats cost 2000 gems each — budget ten to twenty rerolls for acceptable Pot.
Arcanist perk on weapons grants XP bonus — valuable on leveling alts, replaced on main endgame weapons with damage perks.
