Dungeon tier rankings (enjoyment & efficiency)
S Tier: Eternal Domain (Panku boss, soundtrack, balanced challenge), Ragnarök's Descent (intricate layouts, Astral Detonator mechanics), Forsaken Limbo (peak aesthetics, late-game spells).
A Tier: Sunken Fortress (introduces healer meta concepts), Hellbound Sanctum (innovative spell mechanics), Thundering Peaks (strong soundtrack and spell drops).
B Tier: Stardust Citadel, Ethereal Farlands — solid mid-late content without standout rewards relative to grind time.
C-D Tier: Raided Village (tutorial zone), Cursed Marshes (layout complaints), Fallen Paradise (weaker boss satisfaction for time invested).
Side mode rankings
Elemental Raids — boring but essential for Secret rings. Infinite Tower — optional sigil farm. Boss Rush — low necessity unless you need Mana Stones quickly.
S-tier dungeon qualities
Eternal Domain earns S-tier for Panku boss design, soundtrack, and balanced Calamity material yield relative to clear time. Players return for enjoyment even after outleveling the content.
Ragnarök's Descent marks the first Calamity material tier — S-tier for progression importance despite layout complexity. Astral Detonator mechanics teach mechanics used in later dungeons.
Forsaken Limbo combines peak aesthetics with late-game spell drops and high-tier mob material counts. S-tier for players at level 140+ preparing Neon District.
Efficiency vs enjoyment splits
Raided Village ranks C for enjoyment (tutorial zone) but remains mandatory for every account's first fifteen levels. Cursed Marshes splits community opinion — narrow corridors frustrate but poison mechanics teach status awareness.
Stardust Citadel and Ethereal Farlands sit at B-tier because rewards per minute lag behind adjacent dungeons once you can clear Hellbound Sanctum faster. Skip prolonged farming there unless modifiers favor them.
The First Sanctuary is S-tier for rewards and challenge at 170+ — endgame players treat it as the live-service frontier. See First Sanctuary page for current drop focus.
Side mode tier context
Elemental Raids rank low on fun but S-tier on necessity — Secret rings do not come from mainline bosses. Budget sanity breaks between raid grinds.
Boss Rush ranks B for necessity unless Mana Stone shop stock demands it. Infinite Tower ranks C for optional sigil farming when mainline drops suffice.
